Archives Researcher Wins Award
Queen's Archives would like to congratulate Renata Colwell for winning the Catherine Brown Essay Prize, for the best 200-level history essay at Queen's, for her paper "'Adapted to Women': Female Experience at Rockwood Asylum, 1857-1897." Renata's paper was based on archival research carried out at Queen's Archives in conjunction with the Providence Care Archives. Renata's paper will be published in the University of Western Ontario's undergraduate history journal, the Mirror, in March 2012.
