Canadian Archives Summit

Queen's University Archives is pleased to host all Kingston-area/Southeastern Ontario archivists and other interested individuals for the Canadian Archives Summit: Towards a New Blueprint for Canada's Recorded Memory. The Summit takes place at the University of Toronto, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 17, and we are happy to facilitate local participation at Queen's University through a live web feed and group discussion.

Location: Room 309 (3rd Floor) of Stauffer Library, which is located on the northwest corner of Union St. and University Ave (http://www.queensu.ca/campusmap/?mapquery=stauffer).



Time: Stauffer Library opens at 8:00 am, so any time between then and 8:30



Details: Refreshments and lunch can be purchased on campus at one of many food locations.



Parking: Visitor parking on campus is primarily pay and display for up to two hours.  For full day parking, the visitor parking under Nixon Field off of Stuart St. (at University Ave.) is usually best.
