With Homecoming just around the corner, here are some collections in the Queen’s University Archives to get you in the mood to celebrate and reflect.
The Queen’s Picture Collection consists of photographs depicting buildings, student life, events, prominent persons, athletics, and many other aspects of Queen's University. Soon all images from the Queen’s Picture collection will be available in the QULDC.
Queen’s University Records are records of enduring value that document the collective memory of the University are acquired, preserved, and made available by Queen's University Archives (QUA). Such records are transferred from the numerous administrative and faculty offices via an ongoing records management programme; many others are received either by donation or gift from a variety of sources including: faculty, staff, students and their various organizations, and other interested persons; and from alumni of Queen's University. QUA also holds a substantial collection of printed material created at Queen's, most notably the Queen's Journal, Queen's Calendars, The Tricolour, Queen’s Alumni Review and the Queen's Quarterly.
