Queen’s University Archives is seeking Queen’s University graduate student to oversee a digital humanities project.  Working with both the University Records Archivist and the Digital Archivist at QUA, the successful candidate will conduct research into the history of the Chancellor Dunning Trust Visitorship, assess materials for inclusion, and set up a website with digitized content reflecting the history of the Lecture at Queen’s University. The majority of the research work can be undertaken from home, though there may be a possibility of being located in the Archives in the Winter or Spring term if the successful candidate is locally based.

The purpose of the Chancellor Dunning Trust Visitorship is to promote the understanding and appreciation of the supreme importance of the dignity, freedom, and responsibility of the individual person in human society.   More information about the visitorship and past speakers may be found here.
